Keyshia Cole is quickly becoming the new Brandi of UK Funky productions. First, her bitter-sweet “Love” was widened and pitched via The Range’s brilliant “A Solitudinous Diptych.” Now, Ms. Cole has been given an exceedingly astute though fully accessible, spacious rework that only expands upon the originals amorous lyrics. Fellow Yankee and scholar (assumed simply because of his contact email address) Will DiMaggio (aka JAW JAM) knows how to throw it down. No doubt. If you missed his first slyly crafted Rod Lee bootleg, might I suggest heading to his Soundcloud now. If you were one of the lucky few who actually caught the track on its initial drop you fully understand what this guy is capable of.
